Awesome phone ! Bought this last month and it’s been awesome. The camera quality is perfect especially with the action mode. Came brand new in the straight talk box with no dings or scratches . Definitely recommend . Only works with the $45 plan . And you have to activate the esim in the settings after setting your phone up .

Love this phone. I’m happy I decided to go with this phone, going to miss my mini though. It was also easy to set with straight talk. Previous comments say you have to have the $45 plan, I have the $35 plan and the phone is working just perfect.
Satisfied with my purchase. Saved several hundred dollars on each phone. Ordered two of these on the day Apple announced the iPhone 15. My wife and I upgraded from series 6%267. So far very pleased with our purchase. I decided that the changes from 14 to 15 were not significant enough for me to pay substantially more for the newest model.

Don’t order from loop mobile. Loop mobile puts restrictions on shipping – weekday only, authorized signature required, will not not hold for pick up – we took a day off Friday when they were supposed to redeliver and it never came. It’s virtually impossible to get this phone. Will not reroute to a different address and I emailed and they said there is basically nothing they can do. Will never order from them again

I bought this product and it’s the worst i have been trying to connect it with a carrier but it is unable to connect with any i have also tried changing my carrier and ended my wasting 50 dollars on the new eSIMs just to come to the conclusion that the device is at fault for unable to connect with any eSIM operator i am returning this device.

My carrier and forums on the internet educated me in knowing that US iPhones after the model 13 do not have sim trays. I found out it was either from the UK, EU or Canada. No where in the description or details does it state the phones sim information. You can see in the picture below that is recognizes my carrier but won’t actually function in the Network. This caused me a ridiculous amount of stress!
After 2 days of trying, I decided it had to be returned. I ended up having to buy elsewhere. Currently the phone is delayed in shipping back to its origin and I’m hoping the money will be refunded. Exactly as described. This phone is in very good condition. It was kind of dirty but I don’t really care about that. It cleaned up nicely, and was a breeze to transfer my Visible number and service to. I went from an SE to this so it’s WAY bigger, I’ll have to get used to that. There are a couple very small scratches but you cannot see them from a few inches away. I’d definitely buy from this seller again!!

Besides minor scrape marks around the edges of the phone it looks cosmetically great. No cracks or scratches on the front or back of phone. The only negative (so far as I just got the phone today) is that the battery capacity when you go to settings says it’s only 87%. Just a little disappointing this being a iPhone 14, my XR capacity was at a 85%.
Overall Satisfied. I am over all very happy with my phone and this seller! The seller shipped the phone to me very quickly! It was packaged well to protect the phone! Overall good:). My phone came in good condition it’s a few scratches on the screen but you can barely notice it half the time and the battery is pretty good it’s at 89% health and keeps it’s charge but all in all I’m happy with my purchase:)

(Not Like New). This phone is not (like new) the phone has a broken screen and too many scratches and bumps. Totally dissatisfied. For the price it is not worth what they sent me. On Apple’s website I pay 150 more and I have a new brand one.
Corrupt iPhone. The phone I purchased completely stopped working 2 months later. It looked brand new and worked fine, until it stopped without reason. Do not purchase!
Historically worse seems like a good value for the phone it came shipped quickly and transferred right onto an existing Straight Talk plan.

Battery life 84. The phone arrived in excellent condition; it looks and feels brand new, and it’s clear that it was well taken care of. I’m very impressed with how it performs overall. The only issue I’ve noticed is with the battery health—it’s at 84%, which isn’t terrible, but the listing mentioned it should be at least 90%. While it’s not a major problem and the phone still lasts through a full day of use, I was hoping for better battery health. That said, it’s a minor concern and doesn’t take away from how satisfied I am with the device overall.
iPhone 14 Pro with. I got this phone Nov 3 and today is Nov 18 the phone is not charging and not working properly so it will go back
The flash doesn’t work for the camera, that all things camera, but does work for notification flashes, so a software issue I guess. Also the battery was at 88% health so that’ll rear its ugly head soon I’m sure. Everything else works fine, but there is a bit of latency when typing as well.

I bought this premium refurbished for which battery health was supposed to be 90% or above but mine was 86% but. They have not done even basic cleaning. Found mud everywhere(charging hole, speaker and camera lens bases.
Seller needs better description. Phone kept overheating, wasn’t able to set up because the screen kept glitching. The description said it was in good condition and it is physically but isn’t as for it working goes. Will be returning

Bought 2 iPhone and the transformed all the data over nd number now won’t unlock keeps clearing so I can’t put the password in tried master reset and tried resetting it on my computer nothing 7 hours of messing with it and nothing literally just got them at 4 pm from ups nd now I don’t have a phone at all can’t even de activate the e sim no access to phones

Not updated. I couldn’t transfer my info by placing the phones next to each other bc the new phone wouldn’t update. So I went through the cloud. It took a long time and none of the apps transferred. I’m putting all the apps on it, but ok so far. The volume isn’t as loud as my other iPhone but I’ll adjust. Otherwise it seems to be a good phone.
Better than expected. I purchased an iphone12, to me it’s basically brand new. The battery life was 87% which is better than my current phone. There is very minimal scratches on the actual phone screen. The phone came with a screen protector already applied but I purchased new ones separately and replaced it, for the current one had some dings on the edge. Very satisfied with my purchase even being that it’s refurbished.
After 4 months with this device all I can say is that it was a good deal, and I do not regret having to buy a second or maybe third hand iPhone 14 Pro.

iPhone 12. The screen is in good shape and phone works fine so far. Totally unlocked as it advertised. Easy to set up service. Not overly happy about the condition of the edges as it was also advertised as “like new” and I realize how far our screens and cameras have come since the 12. But overall, good experience.
Not “like new” but is functional. The phone is dirty and scratched around the cameras and the side buttons. I didn’t think it was “like new” as listed for that reason.

the phone is superb! the phone itself is absolutely pristine condition! i was expecting a minor scratch here or there and this device looks out of the box new. Now i ordered my phones unlocked so that i can easily transfer my xfinity mobile service over, as well as my daughters, and for some reason it shows up as still locked when xfinity tried activating. But when we look up the imei all that it clearly says unlocked not black listed has been paid in full . I ended up trying to just put my old sim into the new phone and so far it has worked! So i’m not sure what xfinity meant. However so far so good as far as quality carrier
iPhone 12. I ordered a refurbished “like new” iPhone 12 for my grandmother. The overall functionality is fine however there were quite a few cosmetic imperfections that I was not satisfied with. The main issue being deep scratches on the screen and around the camera. I installed a glass screen protector along with a case to stop further damage to the iPhone 12. So far it doesn’t seem to be an issue but only time will tell.

My phone came in looking like it just came out of a demolition derby, listed as “Refurbished Like New” I want to know what they were smoking when they wrote that. It also came in dirty with fingerprints and dirt on the back camera glass. “Like new”.

Beware of 3rd party services WM uses. Do not order from Network Stores!! WM uses 3rd party services like them and they are terrible!! Sent me wrong phone! I ordered and paid for IPhone 14 Pro Max! They sent IPhone 14 Pro. Smaller less expensive phone! No refund in price difference($300 ) No explanation! No way to talk to anyone there. They pass the Buck. Finally after 2weeks had to return (wrong) phone for refund instead of exchange to Walmart! WM even contacted them to email me but nothing from them (Network Stores chg ‘d name to Paradigm) Probably bc of complaints! Make sure your goods are coming from WM not 3rd party. Third party services don’t care once they get your money !! Would have left a negative review NOT for Walmart but Network Stores in Bolton Mass but wasn’t offered
