I was definitely not expecting that. Not one scratch. It’s literally brand new. I’m super happy I purchased this phone from you guys! 10 stars if I could.

Phone is worth upgrading to from older phones! Excellent phone! Last phone was the 12 Pro Max so plenty of new and worthy features for an upgrade! Camera for back AND front are great. New lens can really into things from afar. Went to football game yesterday and sat up high in 300 section, was able to zoom onto players as if I were sitting much closer and not blurry! Action button is really useful as well.

Not worth the money! Bought this phone because I could find a brand new one anywhere. It came on time and was exactly what I ordered, and the battery was at 98% health. However, when I set up the phone I found that Siri couldn’t hear my voice, voice memos couldn’t record my voice, and audio messages didn’t work. As well as some scratches and wear on the steel band. For the price of these “refurbished” phones might as well just buy one brand new, it’s not worth risking spending all that money just to gamble that the phone works…

Don’t buy it. I bought this product and it’s the worst i have been trying to connect it with a carrier but it is unable to connect with any i have also tried changing my carrier and ended my wasting 50 dollars on the new eSIMs just to come to the conclusion that the device is at fault for unable to connect with any eSIM operator i am returning this device.

The iPhone was cracked on the back like it had been dropped!!!!!!!

iPhone 14 Pro Max. Phone arrived on time and in good shape. There was some micro scratches, but nothing major. Phone battery isn’t 100% , but seems to be working pretty decent .

Was sent shelf brackets instead. Somebody put shelf brackets and screws in a box and gave it to me and said my iPhone was delivered. Walmart will not give me my money back or send me a replacement. I think a $1000 purchase needs a signature. Nobody even knocked on my door.

Works fine so far. What’s annoying is the cord. USB-C to USB-C. The old bricks aren’t compatible and the new ones are wide and unwieldy if you’re using a multiple plug-in outlet to charge the phone in your home. Also, not compatible with a regular USB car input rig if you use Apple CarPlay in your car. I’m sure there is a fix, but I’m 100% not a techie. In the meantime, I have my old iPhone 12 with downloaded Spotify to listen to music or podcasts. My final verdict is still out.

Reception. The phone reception/service is terrible. I have very little to no signal places that I had good reception with the iPhone 11.

Color mark in the screen. the screen has a bunch of small scratches and a color mark that’s permanently stuck on the screen, they did not fix the phone at all like they are suppose to but the phone works and cameras are perfect.

These unlocked phones are absolutely not unlocked. This has been a giant waste of my time and my 1200 dollars. Walmart needs to stop selling unlocked phones that are locked!!!!!

False Battery Advertisement. Unfortunately I really hate this phone. I upgraded from an iPhone 11 and I should have kept the 11! The suggested battery life of 20+ hours is bogus. I have to charge multiple times throughout the day. Talked to Apple and they said if I just text and make phone calls, the battery could last 20+ hours but if you use to surf, stream, take photos, etc, it drains the battery fast. I get it. Using apps drain the battery but I had better battery life with the 11! If you want to upgrade, no need to purchase the Pro Max. I usually am a fan of Apple but this phone sucks.

I upgrade my phone in late November or early December. The phone took a little longer than two weeks to arrive. When I finally got my phone and used it I immediately realized how much longer the battery life lasted, when I had the iPhone 12 I barely could make it through the day without it dying, but with the iPhone 15 pro, it lasts the entire day of school even with me being on it constantly. I also had the realization that it charged faster than my last and had a better reaction time when clicking or swiping out of tabs. However, the price of the phone is very pricey. I believe if you are looking to upgrade the iPhone 15 pro is great and I would rate a 5 if the price was more affordable but since it is not I believe it is a 4.5 stars overall. I would recommend you get the iPhone 15 pro.

15 Pro. Good camera, 5G! The 15 Pro is not too big, but not too small. It’s a great all-around phone.
