Awesome phone ! Bought this last month and it’s been awesome. The camera quality is perfect especially with the action mode. Came brand new in the straight talk box with no dings or scratches . Definitely recommend . Only works with the $45 plan . And you have to activate the esim in the settings after setting your phone up .

iPhone 14 is an excellent upgrade. I was unsure whether or not if I wanted to go with the iPhone 14 or wait til I could afford the plus or pro max but I’m glad I did. Works great, came the next day, easy swap. The phone is in perfect condition. The shipping was fast, the phone arrived the next day. No hassle required to switch over if you still have your sim card. I popped my sim card out my malfunctioning phone and into the iPhone 11, worked instantly. The sim card changing paperclip is in the pocket with the apple sticker, not in with the sim card. I didn’t find it until after having to get creative and using a button pin. Photo may look a little weird cause I’m leaving the plastic on the screen till my phone case arrives.

Black iPhone 14 Pro Max review. I can’t leave a full review since I have the iPhone since yesterday. However, first impressions it looks good no scratches or apparent damage. The phone looks like new and the battery health is 100%. It came with not a fast charger but the old version the usb one.

At the moment, I’M Impress in the condition of the iPhone 14 pro Max, no scratches nowhere, the functionality is excellent, i was able to transfer all pictures, data, Messages, basically all, it takes time about 54 minutes, but it works amazing. RECEIVED LIKE NEW PHONE. Refurbished but received like new phone with safe packaging. Seller also sent other brand new adapter for charging along with lightning cable. But it’s ok. Phone works fine.

Don’t order from loop mobile. Loop mobile puts restrictions on shipping – weekday only, authorized signature required, will not not hold for pick up – we took a day off Friday when they were supposed to redeliver and it never came. It’s virtually impossible to get this phone. Will not reroute to a different address and I emailed and they said there is basically nothing they can do. Will never order from them again

Poorly service giving. I dislike how my package was 3 days late %26 wasn’t here for Christmas. Then when I received my package the box was all beaten up . I received a charger with no usb block as well .
First, I was a little skeptical about purchasing equipment, but I took a change on the seller when I received the phone. It was in my new condition. Unbelievable, I would definitely buy from this seller again not the phone was like no scratches no scrapes
It’s ok. I dislike that the battery maximum capacity was below 90 percent but the phone was a good one so far. I did not keep it I have sent it back to get a refund

I brought this phone for my daughter, she loves it. It had a few scratches on the corner of the phone, other than that the phone is perfect.
Disappointed. I know this is a refurbished phone, however the description said it was in excellent condition. I think this is fair condition. Seems the phone was dropped several times with no protection.

Life saver. My 12 year old grandson had his iPhone SE since 2019 and has never had to replace it like the other 5 grandkids have. Best purchase thus far. Shipping was really fast and phone was in perfect condition. Battery life is really long and there were no physical defects. I would recommend buying a phone from this seller for half the price as opposed to a new phone purchase

Walmart switched the iPhone with 2 air fresheners. I ordered an iPhone 11 from Walmart.com. The next day a package was delivered to me from the store. Instead the iPhone that I ordered, the package contained two air fresheners. I called 800-walmart and they told me to return the merchandise to the store for a refund. At the store they could not accept my return because it was not the correct item in the order. I am left with two air fresheners that I did not order and do not want. And Walmart refused to give me a refund.
The merchandise for my order obviously was switched by a Walmart employee whether it was deliberate or by mistake, and I have no remedy to recover this loss. Walmart’s lack of integrity is not acceptable. I need to warn others to think twice when they are ordering anything expensive from Walmart.com.

Don’t buy. Phone did not work. Was not unlocked, I had to call the carrier to in lock and still did not work. Hopefully they give me my money back

This phone is not “refurbished” it is simply a used phone with not horrible but not good condition every single edge has awful scratches the paint is taken off and the screen has scratches everywhere. Sent wrong iPhone. My order requested a iPhone 14 plus “locked to Straight Talk”. The iPhone I received was locked to Version. I spent over 2 hours on my landline phone trying to set it up. All to no avail. I contacted Walmart headquarters and everyone was very nice and helpful. They were able to refund my money electronically which was great. Just so you will know I do plan to order yet another iPhone from Walmart…again requesting that it be “locked to Straight Talk”. I truly hope that this one will be correct. The wrong iPhone was returned to my local Walmart today (Fuquay Varina, NC) and the return went smoothly. The customer service rep at the store did a great job…friendly and fast. We love Walmart and shop 6 of your stores in the local area. I truly do hope my new iPhone will be exactly what I order. Thank you for your time.

The Worst Service EVER. This is the worst phone service ever I would not recommend anyone go with total by Verizon I paid for the service and a iPhone 14 plus and it’s been 3 weeks or more and still can’t get the phone activated it’s bull crap and I wouldn’t ever deal with this company…

Good phone pay for what you get. You pay for what you get. It’s obviously refurbished but you get charger block and cable. Additionally the phone itself had a few paint scratches on the corner but no one sees that with a case. And my battery was at 94% upon receiving. Still great deal for the price.

SOLD WITH ACCOUNT WITH PENDING BALANCE ON IT. I purchased this phone for my son it was delivered on July 11th and we were beyond thrilled but that was soon too go away because when upon activation verizon had said they weren’t able to activate the phone because the phone had a pending balance on a different account and this made my life really difficult considering the fact I was on the phone with Verizon’s FRAUD team for over three hours because they had thought I stole the phone which is really embarrassing but i am giving this company one star because i was able to get my refund money back!! Exactly as described. This phone is in very good condition. It was kind of dirty but I don’t really care about that. It cleaned up nicely, and was a breeze to transfer my Visible number and service to. I went from an SE to this so it’s WAY bigger, I’ll have to get used to that. There are a couple very small scratches but you cannot see them from a few inches away. I’d definitely buy from this seller again!!

This refurbished phone was not unlocked and is defective after spending days and trying to get cellular service we had to take it to the Apple Store and they are the ones that told us that part in the phone is defective and you cannot receive cellular service. This whole experience has been very upsetting and very aggravating. Needless to say we will be returning this phone because of this never purchase a refurbished phone.

Overall Satisfied. I am over all very happy with my phone and this seller! The seller shipped the phone to me very quickly! It was packaged well to protect the phone! Besides minor scrape marks around the edges of the phone it looks cosmetically great. No cracks or scratches on the front or back of phone. The only negative (so far as I just got the phone today) is that the battery capacity when you go to settings says it’s only 87%. Just a little disappointing this being a iPhone 14, my XR capacity was at a 85%.

Labeled wrong. Phone was sold as LIKE NEW, but there are many defects including a crack on the corner of the screen, not very pleased … shoulda been marked as GOOD CONDITION . Likely won’t ever purchase again. The phone I received had a very noticeable chip in the bottom corner and on the side. I get that it’s used, but that isn’t acceptable. Should really correct minor damages like bad batteries or chipped or cracked screens before advertising it “Like New”
Labeled wrong. Phone was sold as LIKE NEW, but there are many defects including a crack on the corner of the screen, not very pleased … shoulda been marked as GOOD CONDITION . I understand is not used but it definitely doesn’t look like new … I will already have to replace the screen which is not cheap.

That is not the case at all, it is locked. so after the purchase of two cases and a screen protector, protection plan and all the time and energy and fees for switching services to this phone and trying to get it unlocked, it has to be returned because it cannot be unlocked.
iPhone 14 plus. Not real happy with the iPhone 14 Plus. It freezes up and will all of a sudden go from an online site to the camera or it flashes in and out. Thinking about returning it.
Good for the price. If you’re scared I hope my review can ease your worries! I was very tense and scared because of the reviews being so mixed. Everything works well so far. Camera, screen, mic, Face ID, apple wallet all work well!! My screen does have one scratch that is hardly even noticeable. There are some wear and tear (scratches) to the side. Other than that my phone is in well condition for a refurbished phone. Came with a charger as well. Only “downside” is phone overheats pretty quickly so a new battery will definitely be needed in the future.

Damaged phone. I recently ordered an iPhone and was initially excited to receive it. However, the phone arrived with noticeable gashes and scratches, far beyond what was described in the listing. To make matters worse, after I placed my order, the company lowered the price of the phone. It felt like a double blow—receiving a damaged product and then realizing I overpaid for it.
While I understand that prices fluctuate, the poor condition of the phone and lack of transparency were unacceptable.
I won’t be ordering from this company again and advise others to read reviews. They seriously need to improve their quality control and customer support. Almost 500$ for a phone in this condition is unacceptable .
I just tried to get a phone plan with AT%26T on this unlocked phone and it says it can’t be done online because it was reported loss or stolen. did you seriously sell me a loss or stolen cell phone?

Back of phone does have scratches and it looks like something is wrong with the camera. Couldn’t plug in phone , they didn’t put the right charger with the phone. So I don’t know yet what it looks like turned on. So if I didn’t open this till Christmas morning . My kid wouldn’t have a way to charge it. Other than that so far the phone looks good for the amount I paid for it.

Concern regarding iPhone 14. I am extremely disappointed with the refurbished iPhone 14. The phone exhibits significant lag and searching issues, making it an unsatisfactory product.

Definitely worth the money! I purchased this for my boyfriend because he has never had a nice phone and he lives it. It takes great pictures.. has a more than fair amount of storage. Apple never disappoints.

Not what I expected for a (Refurbished like new). I have bought many refurbished like new condition phones on other websites and never did I receive one as bad condition as this one maybe yall think im exaggerating but when I’ve bought used phones before and always in very good conditions I expect a lot. It had 3 scuffed surfaces on the sides as if it had fallen badly on previous owner. I think that should have been described or at least provide pictures of it. It was delivered fast and I was so excited as it was a Xmas present for my son and now I have to return it and try finding another one else where.

Phone came back with a bunch of cracks and damage. My phone came in looking like it just came out of a demolition derby, listed as “Refurbished Like New” I want to know what they were smoking when they wrote that. It also came in dirty with fingerprints and dirt on the back camera glass. “Like new”.
PERFECT. i was very worried looking at the reviews and the automated response to this phone but it came in perfect condition, despite having some scratches on the phone screen that you really cant see unless you take a screen protector off, its a really good phone! i plan on keeping this until i cant nomore!

dissatisfied. this thing looks like its been through a war and back and somehow lived to tell about it. scratched and chipped around the edges. and the screen has several sctatches around the top and either ear gunk or makeup in the earpiece. battery life is at 89%. so im not sure this falls into the “like new” category as the seller claimed. especially sense the “like new” description say “if item has screen ther will be no scratches on screen”. it seems to be function though. thats about the only upside to this purchase.
Be-Careful with product description. This product was described as “like New” but in reality it came as damage product, where deep scratches were found all around the phone . Seller was not honest with product description for sure . We need to return this product
Good deal. Phone works well. The screen had quite a few minor scratches, but it looks like the previous owner didn’t use a screen protector. A few minor chips around the edges, but for the price it will be fine. Nothing major, but don’t buy if you’re expecting a “new” phone without any blemishes.
GREAT PRICE AND GREAT CONDITION. It did arrive late but when it did arrive it was securely wrapped, great condition and came with a charger! One small scratch that is not even visible but I think it was caused by the SIM card key in the same box. I am so happy with my purchase I recommend. The seller was kiss cosmetics!
